What did I learned after reading the commencement speech of Steve Job?

           We know that being a parents is not easy. They do everything whatever it takes just to give their children a better life. Itۥs the same with Steve Jobs parents, though itۥs hard and it hurts on them that their own child will be adopted by other people. They did that for the sake that Steve Jobs will be able to go to college and have a better life. They want only that Steve Jobs will graduate on college not like them. So they sacrifice for the sake of their sonۥs future.

                I will do the same thing on Steve Jobs parents, if I know in my self that I canۥt support my children financially, so why they need to suffer from my mistakes. Iۥd rather to find a people and I trusted most that my children will have a better life so I let them to adopt my child for the sake they will have a better life. I am confident that they are in good hands.

                If I will go to college, much better I will get a course that I am interested so that I will be able to finish it because I like what I am doing and my skills is there. But it is not bad to try another things .If you fail on the first one, try to find or recover from your mistakes. There is a saying that you will not learn from your mistakes. Because if you don’t like what you are doing, you will not finish what you started. Much better to try something that you think youۥre skills will be develop. What you are right now is you choose that one, because you don’t let the past to destruct you or to stop in believing that you can do better than what you think right now.

                In achieving your goals in life, there are hindrances that will come on way. It is up to you how to handle it and face it. Don’t let them to down you. Because in life there are people that helps you to become a good person or we can say support you in your dreams. And these people will always be there whatever happens to you. And we have to be thankful to them because without them we cannot reach our goal in life.

                Steve Jobs faced a lot of challenges in his life, but he never gave up. He knew from himself that he should never give up, because he had a lot of friends that believes his skills. There was a time that he fired from his own company that he was the one who created the company. Because he was smart enough, so his co-workers decided that they will fired him. Steve Jobs didnۥt say anything because he knew from himself that he created the company and whatever happens to the company only him know how to solve the conflict.

                I learned on the last story of Steve Jobs that when he knew that he was dying he accept it with all his heart and he is ready to face it and he is ready to tell his family what will happen after. But Steve Jobs did not lose hope that even his was facing  death, he don’t mind it and continue on his life. It is the same in our life. Whatever trials we are facing right now, don’t be afraid. Face it, don’t be afraid because all of us are  facing a problems. But at the same time, don’t forget that God is always here for us, guiding us and protecting us. We have only one life so live life to the fullest. We have to be responsible as a human being, especially spiritually. Every time we have to pray, and be thankful.

                We should not afraid to face all the problems, trying new things, because through this we will know what is our weaknesses and strength. And when we know it, we can know how to handle yourself. And you can share your knowledge and ideas to others. Because  in life it is better if we share what we have because God will be more happy seeing us to be a kind person as a child of God. Trying new things is a way to face your fears. Our time here in the world is limited, so enjoy it.donۥt listen to what others saying. Always follow your heart and your intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want in your life. What ever they tell you don’t listen, maybe they are just jealous what you are right now. But remember always put your feet on the ground. Always be humble, don’t fight on them, let them be.

                Sometimes life hits you in the head. Don’t lose faith. Always convinced yourself that you can do it what ever happens. You have to find what you love, because it is a way that you satisfied yourself. As with all matters of the heart, youۥll know when you find it. So keep looking until you find it. Don’t lose hope, keep on fighting or if you can bring the other so that they will be like you as a successful person. But always keep in your mind that no matter what happens there are people who will be happy, disappointed, jealous and more. Don’t listen to them. You don’t care on their life, so don’t listen to them. And if you have time help other to become a good person and a child of God.

                God sees everything. If you are a good person He will reward you on what you don’t expect that you will have it. Life must go on, live your life to the fullest. Imagine that there will be no tomorrow, make the day as your last day, so live long be happy, always smile, be thankful, always  put your feet on the ground and be humble.

               

What type of company I wish to set up?

             When I was a child I am like other kids, wishing and dreaming on what will be our life in the future. As the years passed, every now and then my dream and plan changes. As I grew faster, my point of view in life was more specific. All I want was to have a good life, education and what was good for everyone.

                As I entered college, I met a lot of students. Each one of us had a goal, a goal that if we graduated in the college, we will find a job right away so that we can help to our parents and exchange what they did or sacrifices to us. But the question is, can we use or practice what we had learned during our college days? And it is fit to our jobs? Well, that is a big question. I know a lot of people on this situation, they are working but they are not using what they had learned in the college or from their course. But this is the reality in our community. They force to work because thereۥs no available or offered jobs here. Maybe there is no workplace that suited on their skills, so they don’t a choice but to accept the challenge and what is opportunity offered.

                But for me being an IT student, I am hoping and wishing that I will be a good, expert and skilled IT student that I can be proud of in the near future. I can do a lot of things or share to others what I learned. Sharing your knowledge to everyone especially to those who canۥt af to go to school, through you they will learn something. They will be delighted and happy to see what you offered on them and you give them a chance to learn something. They will never forget you on what you showed and an act of kindness to others.

                When I finish this college, and in Godۥs will, He will let me or allow me to do something or build up and set up a business that is a big help and big impact to the people especially to my community. But before I can set up my own company, I need to consider a lot of things. First, the workplace, I need to find a place where people can notice or acknowledge as and they can say that thanks someone put up a business like this in our community. And I need to consider what I can offer to them or what I can contribute and what are their needs on that place. Next, who will be my employee? I don’t want that I am building a company just for my own good, but also for the benefits of others. I can hire people who are skilled and even though they are not a graduate. Because some people even though they don’t go to school but they are smart enough to learn. Through my own skills I can teach them and they will go on the training or seminar so that they will learn more. And a business or a company that have a great impact or help to the community

                As I notice nowadays, most of the people have no work. Some of them work in a farm, driver and other jobs that have little income only. I want to build a company that will help a lot of people especially to the farmers or the one that has a poultry business

                Every morning when my fatherۥs wake up, he goes right ahead to his own manual incubator that he made by himself. He had this for so long and even though this project is take time, taking good care of it and you have to be consistent and responsible. And at the end of this project you will get a lot of money. He always check or turn the eggs three times a day by his own hands and he need to be careful if all eggs turned it equally and the egg will crack for 21 days. Even though it is very tired because I can see his hard work, but at the end  it is worth it.

                From my own experience, I came up a business plan that someday God will let me to build this kind of a machine, the electronic incubator. What is this? This is a machine that is program already that every four a hours it will turn the egg equally, stays the temperature, unlike the manual incubator of my father that when it reaches more than 38®C the light will off automatically and it on again. When it reaches on 21 days all the eggs will crack and you will the chicks at the same time. Unlike the manual incubator, some eggs cracked first and some not. So the chicks will not be the same time to same out.               

                Who will benefit this machine or to my company? Well, it is the poultry business. With my machine, we can produce a lot of chicken at short span of time and they can sell it locally or abroad. With this project, I can help to the farmers in a way that I will order eggs from them for my incubator. I hope this business plan in the future will be invented and become a famous project in the field of agriculture. And I will be notice worldwide so that our country will be the known as the one who produces a lot of chicken in a short span of time. Especially the businessmen whose business is on selling chicken or a restaurant that serves chicken menus. Or in the supermarket, even though our situation today is in the crisis, we want to eat a chicken because it is part of or daily lives. They can order or purchase from my company a variety of chicken.

                In Godۥs perfect time and whatever the opportunity will come along my way, God will give strength and courage to do or pursue what is my dreams and plan in my life!

What is Technopreneurship?

Technopreneurship it is a simple entrepreneurship in a technology intensive context. It is a process of merging technology prowess and entrepreneurial talent and skills.

Technopreneur is the person who destroys the existing economic order by introducing, new products and services, by creating new forms of organizations and by exploiting new raw materials. It is someone who perceives an opportunity and creates an organization to pursue it.

In order to become a technopreneur you need to have these following characteristics:
